个人学习工作简介

瞿昊博士20057月毕业于中国科学技术大学(2001.09 – 2005.07)物理系获得理学学士学位;20129月毕业于美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校(University of California Los Angeles,2006.09 – 2012.09)物理系获得理学博士学位,导师为Giovanni Zocchi教授。博士毕业后在美国加利福尼亚大学圣塔芭芭拉分校University of California Santa Barbara,2012.10 – 2015.12)生物技术合作研究所先后担任博士后研究员和助理研究科学家的职位,导师为H. Tom Soh教授。20162月入职pg电子游戏试玩担任副研究员、硕士生导师。2019年期间于国家自然科学基金委员会农学与食品科学处兼聘。

主要研究领域与方向

1、基于定向演化技术的分子识别元件高效发掘;
2、基于动态构型变化的分子识别元件性能优化与调控;

3、高性能生物传感器研究与开发。

代表性研究成果

瞿昊博士以构建食品生物传感的分子识别元件体系为核心内容,围绕如何发掘、优化与利用识别元件的基础“方法学”问题进行了系统研究。截止目前已在国际著名期刊如J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Phys. Rev. X, J. Agric. Food Chem., ACS Sens., Biosens. Bioelectron., Food Chem.上发表第一作者或通讯作者高质量论文20篇。研究成果入选JACS、JAFC、Talanta封面,并受到科技日报、中国科学报、安徽日报、中新网、新华网、国家科技部科技动态、ScienceDaily、Newswerks、PhysOrg、Science Trends等国内外新闻媒体报道。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目各1项、安徽省科技重大专项公开竞争类项目1项、安徽省自然科学基金1项、中央高校基本业务费校级专项2项。于第三届、第四届中国核酸适配体学术研讨会做大会报告,并任第四届会议学术委员会成员。申请发明专利5项,均已公开实审;授权实用新型专利3项;参编国家标准2项。
